REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations:
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date and you will be eligible for Refund.
As long as your order has not been taken into production and dispatched we will be able to cancel the order and provide a refund where applicable.
Once then order is out for delivery, but has not reached its destination we will aim to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However we will not be able to provide a refund of the product due to the vulnerability and quality of the fresh products used.
Refund Policy:
Espoir Flowers may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product or provide another solutions such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value.
As we are working with fresh products it will be to our complete discretion what solution will be suitable and applicable.
When a refund, replacement or other solution is granted we aim to have this resolved within 1 working day.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Delivery Policy:
We offer delivery only within the United Arab Emirates.
Deliveries are made between Thursday to Saturday between 9am and 8pm. Please ensure to add any important details to your order that we need to know about, such as what time slot you would ideally like the flowers to be received by the recipient, although we can’t always guarantee times, we will always do our best. Delivery times may vary slightly.
Espoir Flowers shall deliver or arrange for the Flowers to be delivered to the address set out to the address as you mention when placing the order or as you may notify Espoir Flowers prior to delivery; at such time and date as is set out in the email accepting and confirming your order.
For Abu Dhabi same day deliveries, place order before 1pm. For next day delivery, place order before 9pm. Rest of the Emirates, orders placed before 5pm can be delivered on the next day’s earliest delivery slot between 11am to 6pm.

Delivery will be suspended for incomplete delivery address. If so, you will be contacted for the complete address. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery. If the recipient is not present at the delivery location and time submitted by you, we will attempt to contact the recipient or leave a message/note with our contact details to reschedule the delivery. If occurred again, we hold the right to return the flowers to the main shop for receipt to collect or a reschedule delivery at the receipt expense. You may be notified upon this incident.
